Devona was founded by Ket Krasniqi with a clear vision: to make building international teams more transparent, reliable and sustainable.
Based in Prishtina and experienced in operations, team management and business development, Ket has worked closely with international companies and understands the challenges that often come with building teams across borders.
With Devona, he is creating an infrastructure that allows companies to build and scale their own teams in Kosovo while maintaining direct access, control and long-term continuity.
